II. Easy Installment Plan through Housing Loans

B. Bank financing: 5, 10, 15, or 20 years to pay. Credit background check is required.
If through house financing, downpayment can be payed in cash with discounts up to 7.5% or in installment at 0% interest, usually 12 months to pay (or 15 months). The first monthly downpayment usually starts 30 days after payment of reservation fee.
*** Monthly amortizations for the downpayment and housing loan are NOT paid at the same time. Usually, the downpayment is fully paid before the housing loan amortization starts so there is no need to worry of paying simultaneously.
