I. CASH PAYMENT 
A. Spot Cashwith discounts from 8.5% up to 10% of the selling price.
a) 10%discount if paid within 7 days from the date of reservation
b) 9.5% discount if paid between 8 to 30 days from the date of reservation
c) 9% if paid between 31 to 60 days from the date of reservation
d) 8.5% discount if paid between 61 to 90 days from the date of reservation.

B. Deferred Cash 
Option 1: Discount of 4% up to 9.5% of the selling price if paid 1 month to 12 months or 1 year at 0% interest.
a) 9.5% discount if paid within 1 month from the date of reservation
b) 9% discount if paid within 2 months from the date of reservation
c) 8.5% discount if paid within 3 months from the date of reservation
d) 8% discount if paid within 4 months from the date of reservation
e) 7.5% discount if paid within 5 months from the date of reservation
f) 7% discount if paid within 6 months from the date of reservation
g) 6.5% discount if paid within 7 months from the date of reservation
h) 6% discount if paid within 8 months from the date of reservation
i) 5.5% discount if paid within 9 months from the date of reservation
j) 5% discount if paid within 10 months from the date of reservation
k) 4.5% discount if paid within 11 months from the date of reservation
l) 4% discount if paid within 12 months or 1 year from the date of reservation

Option 2: Deferred cash payment is also available in 24 equal monthly installments with NO interest, NO discount, and NO credit background check required. This type of payment is allowed to avail only for 2 years to pay especially for Bellefort Estates house and lot units.

II. EASY INSTALLMENT PLAN
A. In-house financing: Usually 5 or 10 years to pay. No credit background check is required.

B. Pag-Ibig Financing: It is usually 20, 25, or 30 years to pay but you can have at 5, 10, or 15 years to pay based on some qualifications from Pag-ibig like age (should not be more than 65 years of age at the end of loan term), monthly contributions, etc.

C. Bank Financing: 5, 10, 15, or 20 years to pay. Credit background check is required.

1) 7.5 % discount if paid within 30 days from the date of reservation
2) 7% discount if paid within 31 to 60 days from the date of reservation
3) 6.5% discount if paid within 61 to 90 days from the date of reservation

i) 5.5% discount if paid within 121 to 150 days from the date of reservation
j) 5% discount if paid within 151 to 180 days from the date of reservation
