How to Acquire Vivienne House Unit

2. Once you decided to buy the unit after seeing it, you can reserve it to our developer's office so that other buyers will not avail it. We will assist you.
3. After reservation, you will start to accomplish the documentary requirements provided if availed through housing loan (bank or in-house).
4. You must comply with all the requirements and once you completed, contact us to assist you in submitting to the developer. MUST BE COMPLETE. Incomplete requirements will delay processing.
5. When the developer receives your requirements, it will be processed.
6. Once housing loan is approved, either in-house or bank, you will be notified. Move in to your new house usually follows once housing loan is approved or released.We will assist you all the way to avail your dream house.
