You can ask for sample computation of the house unit of your choice to have an idea of the cost.

Our developer requires you to assign an attorney-in-fact or representative who resides in the Philippines. Your attorney-in-fact or representative can be one of your nearest kin or your trusted person, may be your parents, brother, sister, son or daughter, grandchildren or TRUSTED relatives or confidant (may be lawyers or friends), who will act on your behalf as special attorney-in-fact whom we assist to transact with our developer's office or be the one to see the actual house unit and location through our FREE tripping and also to accomplish and submit the necessary papers for you. We will assist or help your representative.

The actual cost of the house unit will be computed and be given to your representative in the Philippines during the tripping or when you have a tripping of the site during your vacation. Some OFW or foreign buyers have their site tripping when they have their vacation in the Philippines.

You can also give our contacts to your representative to contact us or give us the name and contact number of your representative for us to contact them and schedule for a free tripping of the house unit you want to avail. You will be informed of the tripping schedule though E-mail, text or when you call your representative in the Philippines.

If your representative choose the house unit based on your criteria, they will contact you or you can contact them or we email you to give you the necessary informations including actual computation and description of the house unit based on what they see for your final approval.

If it is okay with you, you can reserve the house unit through your representative in the Philippines then accomplish the necessary requirements.

Your representative here in the Philippines will be counseled or instructed on issues related to your house unit including payments, when to start and what documents to be accomplished, etc.  You will be informed by your representative about these things.

Your representative here in the Philippines will forward to you the necessary papers for signing.  After signing all the documents, you will return back to your representative for submission to our office for processing.

** Again, you can personally have a FREE tripping of the house and lot unit you choose, accomplish some of the documentary requirements such as deed of sale during your vacation or through you representative. We will help you in accomplishing the documentary requirements.
